magenta silk halter dress elegant evening gown

I tried to remove the beading from this gorgeous silk gown which proved to be more difficult than I had anticipated. See pictures. I had planned on seeing some appliqués on the waistband, but went in a different direction. She deserves better, please save her from my m doling ways.
