@ever9 hey! I had the same problem with this bag. I called Clare v & they sent me the longer strap for free, as long as I sent in my old strap. When the longer one arrived I sent the short one back & it didn't cost a thing. Also they were super nice about it (I called the nearest store to do it, which was in another state). Just another reason Clare V is the best!

@catperez0221 🌴👋 Hi back- you mean the Granny Fanny bag? If so- prob not as it’s one of my favorites and I use it a lot so it’s prob getting pretty worn out? I would troll it on Clare V’s online re-sale shop, E bae, Re-Bag, The Real Real, here, etc! :-)))
