This is not a tight form fitted dress, but hangs loosely from the shoulders.
The bust across the front measures 14 1/2 inches.
The waist measures approximately 15 1/2 inches from seam to seam across the front.
The skirt from waist to hem measures 23 1/2 inches.

the sleeves are slightly inundated towards the center. If that’s the right word :-) you can see the ruffle lays flat. I wasn’t counting the ruffle.
