very pretty Zara blouse!! light weight blouse with gathered sleeves at shoulders and at smocked bands. center front is pleated all the way down. ruffled neckline with tie-back closure. bright yellow-orange color. size small excellent condition, no rips tears or stains - pre-owned care tag cut, but feels like rayon/nylon.
