rachellemc5 @adanjul1 yes, I purchased it new, and wore it a few times. the stain is really just foundation on the inside.

rachellemc5 @adanjul1 I could not get it out myself. But I am not the best at removing foundation stains at all. So yes, i would say its there to stay, but it is on the inside.
