This dress is a white ruffled adorable summer dress. This is a size large. Elastic upper half. Easy to pack for that vacation. Great for a weekend trip, backyard party or vacation. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. You might ask is this women’s or teen? It’s made by Hollister!! The measurements are exact but I measured 27” long. The wait without stretching is about 26” with stretching about 34”. The bust goes to about 36” stretching it. Please ask questions I’d be more than happy to try and answer them. girlnextdoor @frenchkissthis7 I’m so sorry it took me longer than I thought to get back to you. These measurements aren’t exact but I measured the length to be about 27” long. The waist is without any stretching is 26” around but can be stretched to about 34” around. The bust has a little more room to about 38” around. I hope this answers your questions.
