This is rain hat is so cool and unique for sure. Clear with white polka dots. Short tie under chin in addition to longer white tie (see pictures). This rain hat has a shoulder cape attached which is approximately 11 1/4” - 11 1/2” long. No rips, holes or tears. If interested you should buy today because I don’t think it will last long.
