Hi there! 15" waist... so 30 all the way around? I would have thought a L would be bigger? Thanks for any updates!

@eggsbenedict492 okay, thanks. To clarify, one side to be folded over the front is 18”, one side is 16” and by this I mean you fold it over in front and button it, same on second side and the back which has all the elastic is 15” and stretches to 18”.
There are 2 buttons.
So the front lies flat. I assume the buttons can be moved to accommodate change.
