This is a dressy black and white cold shoulder top. It has only been worn one time. It is from Torrid and is s size 3. Very cute with white pants. More of a summer type shirt that can be worn to dress up or go to the beach. Soft and flowy type of shirt. The shoulder straps are small tank top type and the neckline is scoop neck.
