Tart sort Sleeve Mini Ikat Dress with Scoop Back & Built in Self Bra, Size Small in Navy & Ecru. It’s a modal, rayon, polyester & spandex blend, so very soft. It is a bit thicker than Tart’s usual fabric, but it’s great for this style to give it more structure while still being stretchy. Scoop back is really cute. It does have a small slit on both legs. Never actually wore because it’s too short for me. It would be great for summer or fall with thigh high boots!
