This dress is super lightweight and perfect for a beach coverup, or throwing something on when the weather is hot. I ripped a stitch when trying it on and sewed it back together. You can’t tell unless you look closely at the seam. It’s never been worn and it’s super cute!

prairiehorngirl @peggy_schuyler Hi! Laying flat, the bust is 18 inches. The waist is about 20 inches but it has elastic in the back so it stretches further
