Forever 21 size Small black maxi dress! Sheer lace back with an open cut out. Elastic waist. Lined with a short slip and the rest of the skirt is semi sheer. Super cute!! I dressed it up for am event once but can also be easy to dress down. Sadly too big for me now. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 16 1/2 inches across. Waist - 12 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 15 inches across. Hips - about 21 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 57 inches.
