New With Tags FREE PEOPLE Remi Velvet Burnout Platform Ankle-Strap Pump. The chunky heel on these is amazing!! Comfortable round/almond-shaped toe & the color, though listed on the box as almond, is a most perfect taupe. Not light like a beige, not dark like a brown, but a warm shade midway between—perfect for Summer & will compliment whatever you decide to wear through all seasons. These were purchased New, as a floor model. Never worn, though I did intend to wear them to a funeral—hence the cushioned sole inserts I prematurely put in them. Ultimately, I went with a more conservative (read: drab) option to in consideration of my boyfriend & my bunions. The inserts are adhesive—I have not attempted to remove them for fear of damaging the insole. These will ship in the original box shown in the photos.
