Superb short organza dress with elasticated puff sleeves. The shoulders and bust are decorated with ruffles with lace which makes this dress unique. It has two additional organza ruffles at the bottom and is lined with a very soft voile on the bust. It opens in the back with a discreet zipper. Super cute baby blue puff with gorgeous pink roses printed. White lace trim for a doll-like look. This style is a little longer than the iconic Selkie puff dress. I got this a few month ago and haven't worn so it has it's tagged attached. Looking to downsize my closet so reasonable offers will be considered, bundle for additional savings.
