Yes, it is size 8 and fits size 8 but since it has a strap inside you can easily adjust the size to make it tighter or more loose.

@jaquelyn1975 I just added a video to the listing so you can see how easy you can adjust both the upper body and lower body. My hip size is 110cm but there is lots of wiggle room
