This is a classy Bettie Page vintage black blouse with a peephole neck detail in the back. It’s is slightly sheer, so either show off a cute bralette or wear a cami underneath. It gives a lovely hourglass shape and is very flattering. I never wore it so it is new but I removed the tag. Measurements in the photos.
