Can the marks/scuff? on the back of the right heel be cleaned or is it permanent?

@jaceymcghee hi! Apologies for the delay. I tried gently applying my leather shoe cleaner to the mark. Although it lightened the black, it also slightly lightened the nude shade around it. I’ll attach a photo so you can see.
