This unique deep purple spurrite pendant is by DtR Jay king. It is signed DtR China inside the bail. It is 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" set in natural copper. Very few Desert Rose pieces are offered in copper. Rionita added it to a necklace of 11 mm uncut garnets and 11 mm round copper beads. The cones are coiled copper and the hook and eye clasp is handcrafted copper. The necklace has a 14" drop.Spurrite is said to enhance good humor and optimism. Cooper is said to boost the metabolism. Garnets are associated with pomegranates, called granatum in Latin. We get the word garnet from it.
