Hi, will this need to be altered? I’m 5’2 won’t wear heels. Also, what bust size does this fit?

@fancyleigh Hi there! I'd say about 90% of formals need alterations, so it's likely if you aren't wearing heels you'd need a hem. As for bust it's a size 4 my mannequin I'd say is a B cup but could fit to a C cup If it's a bit loose strapless bras help to take up space and prevent alterations there.
