AMAZING VTG CAROL GOWNS BY MR WALTERS RED PROM DRESS 1980’S. An awesome vintage find in great condition!!! Three layers of ruffle on sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Additional layer of ruffles along hemline! Comes with the ORIGINAL sash/belt. The only flaw is on the belt where there are 3 hooks but only one functional eye with the other two undone. Please see photo. This would be a very easy fix for someone who sews or wear it without the belt!! Tag says 10 but this is DEFINITELY NOT a 10!!! Best guess is 0/2 but please go by measurements!!! Bust 16 inches Waist 12 inches Length 50-53 inches (sides come up a little higher)
