They are sustainable and can be washed in COMPLETELY COLD WATER and air dried, do not use hot or they will shrink. Insoles are very comfortable for long walks, I wear my white pair all the time and they wash up well. Size 10, I’m usually a 9.5 in most shoes and theses are comfortable.
