poshclosetsales @italian271 so lying flat, the tightest part of the dress right below the keyhole is 13” and it stretches to about 16”. I will upload the photos now!

poshclosetsales @italian271 the material is definitely very stretchy, it is 55% cotton and 45% viscose. And yes, there are two slits in each side
