This Flora Kung 80’s Velvet Wrap Dress is an absolute stunner. Actual wrap, not a faux wrap. Vintage Size 8. I’m calling it a S/M but please note measurements: 17” across underarm to underarm, 15” Waist, 43” Long. My mannequin’s measurements are 34-26-35 and the dress is not clipped to her. Cobalt Blue Silk Trims the Collar and Sleeves. Three Quarter Sleeves. Velvet Covered Buttons trail one side. Tulip Hemline. The velvet is amazingly soft! 82% Rayon/18% Silk.
