Weston Wear Black Overlay Skirt

This all-black mini skirt by Weston Wear features several layers and three different fabrics for visual (and textual) interest: the netting overskirt is covered with a leaves and flower design that feels like a soft felt, and the stretchy, silky lining has two additional ruffles attached at the bottom, including one of black netting. The gathered waist measures 12” lying flat but is elastic, so there’s plenty of stretch. (The person in the photos has a 25.5”/26” waistline.) The skirt measures approximately 19” long. In great condition, worn only a handful of times. The overskirt is a 70% cotton/30% nylon blend; the lining is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. The netting is 100% nylon. Care is dry clean only.
