This is a beautiful heavy picture frame that had a wedding photo inside. I’m guessing it was purchased at a Dillard’s type of store selling crystal frames, etc. for wedding gifts. The blue velvet on the back is faded but the frame is in gorgeous condition. Could be vintage by now!:) About 33 years old.
