I purchased these sunglasses from Net-a-Porter and can provide the email confirmation. I immediately removed the tags, but these sunglasses have NEVER BEEN WORN. I did not like how they looked on my face. I still have all tags. The sunglasses come with the case (last picture) and cleaning fabric that came with the sunglasses.
