@gile4551 these are marked as noted and shown in picture. I don’t know how Mex and US sizes compare. I’d guess these are more of a 10 1/2 US as I know I could wear them at one point and the would correlate to the 28. I wear an 11 now so they are just sitting. I’ll try to find other size markings after work.
