Ruby Rox Strapless Black and White Polka Dot Circle Skirt Dress with Belt

This strapless, circle skirt dress has retro 1950s vibes and features black polka dots from the waist down to the hem, black piping, and an underskirt with a row of black tulle. (Add a petticoat to make the circle skirt even fuller.) There is a belt loop at either side of the waist to help hold the tie belt in place. The waist measures approximately 25”, and underarm to underarm measures approximately 28”. (There is a bit of stretch. The model in the photos has a 25.5/26” waist and wears 32B, if that helps any, although the very top of the dress was a bit tight.) Length from top to bottom is approximately 34.5”. The dress material is a 97% cotton/3% spandex blend, with 100% polyester contrast and lining. Care is machine wash cold, gentle cycle, line dry, low iron.
