@mpa2017 No problem. Laying flat, the waist measures 13.5 inches. There is no stretch. It fits me perfectly.

@fashfly Aww, I'm 6/8 in dress. I'm feel comfortable with L 29 inches on my waistline, so I don't think this works for me. Thank you so, really pretty
