City Studio cocktail cutout sparkly evening dress

Beautiful soft teal color in lace with a subtle sparkle to it. High neck with a sharp back cut out makes it a statement piece. Has built in padding with a slightly stretchy material. I'm 5'5" and it hits about mid/lower thigh on me. Wore it to a wedding and it was so comfortable and fashionable while still being elegant and tasteful.
