White fabric that has a crinkly feel to it, with narrow black zig zag stripes. Puffy sleeves with a narrow band around the edge, sewn in at an angle to the top part. The neckline is kind of square, and a double layer of material, a little bit higher in the front. Seam underneath the bust with another panel that is fuller and swingy.
