This is from BCBGMaxzaria and is a rare find for a low price. The light yellow ruffles are a fun addition the sleeveless blouse! It can be dressed up for a more formal look with a blazer and appropriate accessories. Or you can wear the top for a more casual event with jeans or a sweater! The top is a sheer material with lining. This is in good used condition without any major issues it’s been worn 1 or 2 times so it looks great.
