Mini Boden swimsuit 9-10 years

This listing is for a Mini Boden stripey blue swimsuit in a size 9-10 years. These are the tight-fitting swim trunks except they run longer. These were from 2020 & I do not think this style came out this year. I'm unsure what to label the condition. As you can see, the string hanging was actually from the tag which would indicate it is new. However, there is a minute amount of fuzzing on the left leg. I tried to show a close-up in photo #5. I do have a tendency to overwash things because of OCD, so I could have just washed it twice...lol. I'm leaning toward the fact it wasn't worn. Hey, I'm all about transparency...lol.
