Never worn, like new, silk blend dress by Rebecca Taylor. Dress has a button down in front, which stops about 2 inches from the ruffles on the waist. Mock neck with ruffles. There are pockets on both sides at hips as well as a side zip to get into the dress. Ruffles at waist and bottom are super pretty and feminine! Dress is in perfect condition.
