lilystevebetty @ashbevans55 hi there. The waist is elastic. Not stretched at all it’s 30” (15*2) There is a tie to tighten The rise is about 16” measured from the top of the inseam to the top of the waist when laid flat. I would describe these as more baggy than high waisted. The whole leg is 39” long from elastic to hem. Each pant leg width below the crotch is 15” across hip area a few inches below the elastic and it’s about 23.5” across or 47” around. I’m attaching a pic of me in the pants to help.
