Blanket Chest - Doll Size. Circa 1700's

Antique blanket chest made of balsa-like wood. Circa 1700’s, this dollhouse sized chest is in perfect condition. Exquisite woodworking detail - both the front design but also the minute hinges. I’m sure a child didn’t play with this “toy”. Would look great on a shelf or a desk holding business cards. A real conversation piece and a great addition to any collection. A woodworker will appreciate the craftsmanship in this tiny piece of furniture. Also included are four antique miniature bowling pins. Lovely smooth finish, they are nice to hold. Beautiful, simple craftsmanship.
