this is basically vintage, i bought this in 2011. forever 21 clothes really persevere. it has a faded vintage look, very cute, the shorts are real short! i looked it over for flaws and couldn’t find anything but it is possible i missed a tiny hole or stain since the pattern is very busy it’s harder to notice. funds go towards my public school classroom & student loans 📚✨ handwritten thank you note with every purchase 📝🌈 the earth thanks you for thrifting! 🌎♻️
