There are some very small scuff marks on the leather on the outside and some pens marks on the interior of the outside back pocket. The crossbody strap has a “purse gummy” strip on the inside to keep it from slipping of the shoulder. If you peel it off, there is sticky residue. The strip is clear so you don’t even see it when you’re wearing it. Otherwise it’s very clean and comes from a smoke free home. Will also come with a Michael Kors dust bag.
