JCrew Sleeveless Dress Size 8 NWT BUT SEE DESCRIPTION (small mark)

Got this at a sample sale but didn’t wear it and now it doesn’t fit. It’s still got the tag but NOTE: It’s NOT perfect!! There is a small mark that appears to be a pen point mark. Also there is a small smudge mark right next to the pen mark. See pictures. These are in the front of the dress a few inches below the waist on the right side.
