Brand new in box; never worn. The mask is OSFA, but it is more of a medium size, in my opinion. This mask is made of real LV monogram leather panels on top of neoprene fabric. I have one of these masks myself, and it is quite comfortable. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear mine, and I love how stylish it looks.
