This is a brand new pair of LuLaRoe boyfriend shorts with all tags attached. The color is black with a teal thread detail on each cuff. The rolled cuff is attached by tacking and I assume it could be removed to roll down to the finished hem. The size is 32 but, please make sure you are familiar with the brand and sizing before purchase because the waist measures closer to 36" or a 14-15 in street clothing. Also, the waist is super stretchy so I feel these would fit closer to a 14-16 or perhaps larger depending on tummy and hips! Waist is approximately 18" Hips approximately 21.5" Inseam with cuff tacked up to show teal stitching - approximately 5.5" Rise about 10.5"
