sef9dm @11iphone good morning! 1- it is used; I purchased the item from another Posher and my partner wore it for Halloween 2 years ago. He hasn’t worn it since then. I’m not sure how much the previous owner wore it! 2- it does not have any writing on it. Hope this helps!!
