This is a Brighton jewelry holder in a cute heart shape. The plate at the bottom is metal and the plastic top holds 18 sets of earrings. There are signs of normal wear on the plastic portion of the holder and a bit of rust on the back of the metal plate (see in pics). None of the wear affects the look of the display from the front!
