Model number is 636S. Design was created by Wayne Husted in 1963. Very pretty Blue Crackle bulbous decanter with matching round stopper. Super vibrant color that pops! Bottle in good condition has one spot that it appears to have been dropped or defect in making. Otherwise in great condition, no chips, no cracks, no water stains. There is one spot that appears to be from hitting the bottle against something, but the piece is stable. Thick, quality, heavy, blown glass. Piece Blue Crackle color. Bottle has a rough pontil and a ground stopper. Discount taken for flaw.
