tolahyo @delta_of_venus hi!! https://www.dollskill.com/products/mystic-deceiver-circle-skort That’s the website link to the actual skirt, but it doesn’t have the waist measurement. I’ll provide that to you asap, the waistband is a bit stretchy but not by much. For reference, I weighed 115 in the pic and am 5’3, but gained a little weight since then hehe
