ihula @paulalweaver The top is 13 inches from armpit to hem. The pants are 41 inches from the waist to the hem and the inseam is just over 34 inches

ihula @paulalweaver Unstretched, the pants are just over 13" across so I would say 27" waist and the top is about the same - 13.5" across so 27" total
