This dress had the tag cut out because it was itchy. It is adorable and has pockets! Would best fit a size Large/XL because it has some stretch. Can be worn on or off the shoulders. Not super short but also not a midi dress, either. Sleeves and neckline have ruffle. There is elastic to stretch it off the shoulders too. It is a true pink in person.
