Donate/Donations TCG 4 KIDS

Hello, This listing is to fund donations to the following programs. •Trauma Intervention Program(TIP) of San Diego: I volunteer for this organization three times a month for 12 hrs. Your donation will give me the opportunity to be able to provide and share a nostalgic distraction to kids who've experienced a traumatic event. It will give me the chance to help connect with kids who don't understand or how to process the trauma. •San Diego Wilson Middle School TCG after-school club: Its the first year the club has been active since covid. Teachers tracked student reading levels and did see significant progress over the course of 4 months (started tracking mid year). At the time they were playing magic the gathering with kids but they did see significant increases in reading levels when our English department tested them. The club founder is going to coordinate with the English department next year now that they are back to regular school protocols and will track data on kids in the club. What was really interesting was TCG's really helped English language learners (ELL) students who first language isn't English they showed the most growth. Students get to earn cards and keep cards though academics, trading cards, and dueling/battling. Students get to rip all sealed products but they do a drawing to determine order and roll 2 dice. It actually teaches them some valuable life lessons. Cards they do not want they give back to the club but those cards go to the school
