It said I reached the maximum number of messages in the conversation? lol idk what that means. I tried sending a photo of the actual tracking and it wouldn’t let me. But yeah click the actual tracking number, on USPS it still wasn’t scanned in. I think the poshmark person just marked it shipped for some reason 🙃

@itssolo poshmark said to wait until the 20th so if it still hasn’t updated by then I’ll let them know on Monday. Are you going to call the ups and see if maybe they have the package or there’s something they can do?

@gracelilli same it wont let me msg in there anymore either. I just got off the phone with usps, they are going to be in contact with the local USPS in Surprise AZ as well and they said I should hear back from them by Tuesday. If not to call back Wednesday .

@gracelilli i have the investigation/case number created with them and the rep mentioned he just had four callers back to back with the same issue and that it usually does magically show up once a claim or investigation started so still sticking out hope.

@itssolo wow thanks for looking into all this for me! I tried filing a claim with USPS online but it said I couldn’t until it started tracking, go figure lol. At least it sounds like we aren’t the only ones with this issue!

@itssolo the box was cracked in half on one side and had a big dent in it and someone put a piece of tape over the rip. And the label was all folded up inside the sleeve, so I’m thinking it got stuck somewhere or something or the scanner couldn’t read the label because of the fold? What’s interesting is my other package from Florida showed up today too.

@itssolo I tried accepting the order but it won’t let me until poshmark updates it as delivered. My post man scanned it as delivered so now on USPS it shows delivered so it shouldn’t take too long for poshmark to update. As soon as they do I’ll accept the order. Thanks again for looking into this! I’m glad it showed up unscathed 😂

@itssolo hahahaha right! I’m convinced if a package is missing or damaged they don’t actually do anything until you open a claim. We definitely have to remain friends now after all this! 😂
