spbrenner @rizgalang Hi. thanks for your reply. 😊 Does that mean that it is 16 inches when laying flat across the front at the waist? I also have a number of American eagle skirts with some Spandex and they have a good bit of stretch in the waist. Does this one stretch an inch or so at the waist also? Thanks. Sorry I'm being so much trouble. lol. It's just that I want to make sure it fits since it can't be returned. 😎

rizgalang @spbrenner No trouble at all! Oops sorry, yes it’s 16” across front waist laying flat. The waistband is thicker so it doesn’t stretch, unlike the bottom of the skirt that is only single layer fabric so it does have stretch there. While measuring, I noticed a couple of stain spots below the front right side pocket and close to the hem on the back left center. If you zoom in on the 1st and 2nd pics, you may see them. Also on pic#7.

spbrenner @rizgalang Hmmm, the small stains are no problem but if I can't get a solid 17 inches of stretch at the waist, it's not going to work. Dang diets just aren't cutting it for me.... :( I'm really bummed. I don't see that style and color much. Thank you for your extra efforts. If you can manage to put that in the stretching machine, I'll buy it in a second!! Lol.
